THE STRUCTURE

The "heart" of the frame is built from the aviation grade aluminum in a shape of the star, giving the name to the model. This special shape not only gives the frame it's elegant outlook but the strength and rigidity

The lower part of the frame was also strengthened and the carbon rods were changed to titanium ones. strong and secure. As the result the frame turned to be incredibly rigid (for powered start),

RODS

The frame holds four folding and one screwed in connectors with titanium rods. It takes literally just a few seconds to get the rods up into working position.

NET

The net is manufactured from Dyneema and when it's being assembled, it is tightened up using a small pully block, halving the effort you need to apply to tighten the net.

CAGE

The cage is built from titanium oval shaped which are much stronger compared with the same weight tubes of round shape. The standard diameter of the cage is 140 cm which allows you to use propellers up to 130 cm. The bigger diameter is available upon request (up to 150 cm cage diameter).

TORQUE COMPENSATION SYSTEM

S-type titanium horns of the paramotor have quite a complex shape, Left and right ones are different as well. This is introduced to compensate the twisting moment generated by the engine. This solution generates no parasite drug in comparison to propeller-like inserts in the cage. The principle is to move the thrust point of the motor in the opposite direction of the twisting force generated and to compensate it.

CROSS BAR WEIGHT SHIFT SYSTEM

This system is designed to compensate any tendency of the wing to deviate from a straight forward flight. It means that if the wing is turning right or left all the time, you can loose four screws and easily adjust the central cross-bar setting so to eliminate this effect. Just 5 mm of shift is usually enough to compensate the tendency of the wing to turn left or right.

WEIGHT

With the weight of 5,1 kg (including fuel tank) it is currently the lightest (and the most rigid) frame in the world in it's class (sandwich technology).

ENGINE

Any modern paramotor motor engine can be easily installed to the frame (Moster, EOS, Polini, etc.). Electric paramotor is also available.

SkyMax Star + ATOM 80

New Vittorazis ATOM is light-weighted reliable and safe engine. It weights only 10,5 kg and the whole SkyMax Star+ Atom paramotor weights only 19 kg!!!. It feels like a backpack behind your back when you put it on!!!

With only 78 cc volume this engine still has 55 kg of thrust with 130 cm propeller (52 kg with 125 cm propeller). Atom is quiet because of the low vibration and has low fuel consumption which is important for cross-country flights.

Together with the light, strong and rigid Star by SkyMax they are a perfect match for begginners, cross-country pilots and those who prefer relaxed and simple flight.

SkyMax Star + Moster 185

Light and strong Star by SkyMax is a new light and compact model paired with Vittorazi Moster engine (75kg of thrust) which weighs only 22kg.
It is good both for beginners and experienced pilots and has a good performance characteristics. Vittorazi engines are well known as light and trouble-free paramotor engines and the Star frame is one of the lightest in its class, safe and durable. Combined together they are a perfect match.

SkyMax Star + EOS Booster

SkyMax Star +EOS Booster is a light and rigid paramotor for those who want to feel like flying paraplane. It is easy to manage on the ground and in the air and still it is powerful enough for easy launch. A new paramotor based on a Star frame has all advantages of its predecessor and even more.

Fuel Tank
