The SLE is new technology which the Niviuk R&D team discovered whilst designing competition wings and provides more rigidity and stability along the span of leading edge to optimize aerodynamic performance without losing any flexibility. The SLE technology has been applied to many Niviuk wings and has proven beyond any doubt to be beneficial to performance whilst providing leading edge durability.
