This antenna is ideally fitted through a metal fuselage. It is possible to also fit through a fibre glass or plastic fuselage/ body can also be fitted into a metal bracket and bolted to a metal structure we include a simple ground plane kit if fitting this way.

The antenna is ideally fitted through a metal fuselage, but can be used with fibreglass/composite material using the ground plane kit (supplied).
