TEMPERATURE METER:
30-500°F (0-270°C):Normal Operation.
Above 130°F (55°C):Alternates Current and Max Temperature display.
Below 30°F (0°C) or
Sensor Unplugged:		"--- °F" or "--- °C" displayed
Reset MAX Temp:Hold Button for More Than 3 Seconds.
Reset MAX Temp:Temperature Rises Above 130°F
SETUP MODE:
Press button to enter setup mode. >>
1: Fahrenheit or Celcius:
Press the button to scroll through (default °F or °C.)
Release button and wait 4 seconds to continue. >>
2: Max Temperature
Press the button to scroll through (default Auto, On, or Off)
  • AUTO: Max temperature is reset each time the temperature re-rises above 130°F (54°C.)
  • ON: Max temperature is only reset manually.
  • OFF: Max temperature is never displayed.
Release button and wait 4 seconds to finish setup mode.
